Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floating Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals atSwan Cleaners. As a Floating Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of multiple dry cleaning locations within our network. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day operations of assigned dry cleaning facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Training, supervising, and motivating staff members to maintain high standards of performance and productivity.
• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures across all locations.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment as needed.
• Collaborating with upper management to develop strategies for business growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role within the dry cleaning industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel between multiple locations as needed.
• Knowledge of dry cleaning processes, equipment, and chemicals is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business management is advantageous.
• Must have available transportation between locations.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
