Qualifications

· Experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.

· Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.

· Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.

· Ability to handle confidential information and integrity.

· Communication skills, written and verbal.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Team driven, but able to work independently.

· Sage 300 experience, a plus.

· MS products.

Responsibilities

· Assist with weekly full Payroll process.

· Assist with Accounts Payable process.

· Certified Payrolls and Reporting process.

· Certificates of Insurance and Workers Compensation Certificates.

· General Accounting department support.

· OUPS Tickets.

· Answer phones/Scanning/Filing.

Hours

· Full time – Monday – Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

· Position is On-site – 100%
