Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Monitor inventory levels for ingredients as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests and addressing their needs or concerns

Skills:
- Proven experience working as a Sushi Chef in a restaurant or similar food service establishment (Not Required)
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills (Not Required)
- Familiarity with different types of fish and seafood used in sushi
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
