The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various areas including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, State/Federal labor laws, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is not a supervisor position and you will need to be able to work in a team setting with Recruiting, Payroll, Accounting, and other office staff. The HR Generalist will report directly to the Arizona Regional Manager.
