Surge Staffing is seeking a Receptionist for a permanent, full-time internal position out of our headquarters in Columbus Ohio! This role offers the opportunity to assist the internal operations at Surge and by connecting various business calls from clients and customers to the appropriate contacts within the company, creating a real impact on the growth of the organization. As a Leader in staffing and workforce solutions for the modern-day business, the Surgeforce Group is a professional staffing and solutions firm specializing in temporary staffing, permanent placement and workforce management. The Receptionist will work directly with the Office Services and Administrative Assistants.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

? Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

? Answering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate staff.

? File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.

? Prepare correspondence and the flow of correspondence.

- Promote the corporate image internally and externally in addition to providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

? All other duties as assigned to contribute to the successful operation of the company.

? Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting, effective communication necessary.

? Self-motivated with exhibited sense of urgency in all service related activity
