Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Recording and data keeping customer traffic
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Schedule appointments and maintain daily schedule
• Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Serve as a personal assistant to executives, handling various administrative tasks
• Ability to multitask multiple phone lines at once

Experience:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing documents
