Responsibilities:

• Answer dealership phones, greet and receive customers as well as set and confirm appointments
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person 
• Work cooperatively with service advisors assisting with repair orders
• Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments
• Act as a liaison between the technician and customer
• Assist clients through the service process
• Collaborate with various team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure

• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
