RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer all incoming calls, respond to voicemails, texts and emails
Book grooming appointments through our online system (Gingr)
Input groom details into online system
Manage cash, check and credit card transactions
Safely transport dogs
Have general knowledge of dog breeds and dog behavior
Have general knowledge of all services offered at site and provide solutions to the clients' needs
Respond promptly and troubleshoot any customer relations issues that may arise
Daily cleaning tasks

REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using an online system (Gingr) to book grooming appointments
Friendly, positive and team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized
General knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Office
Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, breeds and ages
Flexible schedule - able to start at 7am (End times will vary based on the time all dogs have been completed)
Saturday availability, Sundays OFF!
Must be able to lift 40 pounds
Willing and eager to learn and improve skills
