Job description:

As our Field Operations Manager, you'll be the vital bridge between on-field activities and back-office functions, ensuring seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.This role centers on initiating and implementing strategic changes aimed at driving growth and enhancing sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and motivating field technicians, ensuring that they are actively going out to jobs and that all appointments are covered.
• Actively pushing for higher sales, implementing strategies to boost performance.
• Addressing and resolving operational or customer-related issues, including interacting with customers as needed.
• Evaluating the performance of field technicians, providing feedback, and identifying areas for training or improvement.
• Regularly checking and overseeing technician inventory levels.
• Identifying training needs, coordinating and supervising technician training programs.
• Executing specific projects and tasks as directed by senior management, adapting to various operational demands.
• Responding to and managing any emergencies or unexpected issues that arise, such as urgent customer needs or contractor shortages.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operations management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Strong leadership skills, with an emphasis on team management and motivation.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using software for sales tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and operational logistics.
• Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment.
• Knowledge of the locksmith industry, including technical aspects.
• Experience in structured, disciplined environments such as military service, is considered an advantage, reflecting strong organizational and leadership qualities.
• Experience with business expansion or scaling operations in a multi-state context.
• A proactive and results-driven approach, with an emphasis on achieving business goals.

Salary: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year bonuses.
