Job Description: Are you a solar professional experienced in closing deals in the solar industry but tired of delays and unfulfilled commission promises? We are seeking a motivated and professional Solar Sales Representative who is eager to learn all aspects of the solar industry and grow with our internal sales team.

About Us: Supreme Solar and Electric is a rapidly expanding full-service sales, installation, and service company for solar and electrical systems. We offer residential solar and solar paired with battery systems. Our services include solar patios, solar panel cleaning, critter guards, home generators for both partial and whole home backup, and a range of electrical services such as main panel upgrades, sub panels, electric vehicle charger installations, and consumption meters. We pride ourselves on competitive financing options and providing comprehensive support from start to finish, including a 25-year product labor warranty. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our 150 five-star reviews on Google.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell a wide range of solar products and services to existing and prospective customers through both in-home and virtual presentations.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, providing tailored solar solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends in the solar industry.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Learn and understand the entire solar process, from sales to installation, including permitting, system building, and technology (SolarEdge, Enphase, DC vs. AC coupling).
  • Sell additional home improvement products such as roofs, offering bundled solutions to customers.
  • Provide various financing options, including PPA and purchase options, to meet customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the solar industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of GSuite, Gmail , Google Sheets, and CRM software.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a successful sales track record.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers needs.
  • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Knowledge of NEM 3 policy in California is a plus.
  • Interest in learning the technical aspects of solar installation and technology.
