Superior Plus Propane is seeking a Territory Sales Representative (TSR) whose superpower is identifying and onboarding new non-residential propane customers for Superior Plus, within an assigned territory. Use your consultative sales technique to present Superior products and services to new customers in order to achieve or exceed predefined sales goals and objectives. If you are a hunter who excels at obtaining new business, then we want to talk to you. KEY CHARACTERISTICS: 3 years of B2B selling experienceCan identify and solve customer needs by utilizing a consultative selling processJOB DESCRIPTION:Collaborates with the Regional Sales Manager, in conjunction with the Customer Service Center Manager, to recommend, develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Achieves step changes in sales results and profitability targets by maximizing face time with prospective non-residential customers. Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities across a portfolio of products and solutions. Prioritizes prospecting activities to align with customer availability, and actively participates in the local community.On a daily basis, maintains an accurate database of customer activity and sales funnel within Salesforce.com in order to maximize selling and territory management efforts.Prospects, researches and identifies new business opportunities. Works sales plan to create awareness, discover customer needs, secure new business, and deliver product and service solutions.Prepares and confidently presents sales proposals, including pricing and product/service terms to key decision makers. Influences, negotiates, and closed the sale with the best interest of the company and customer in mind.Builds strong business relations with prospective non-residential customers and manages sales cycle by continually following up on their current business needs while anticipating future business needs.Communicates regularly on sales progress within the sales funnel/cycle, and prepares reports on key performance indicators.Promotes and represents Superior Plus positively and professionally within the community and industry to all customers, competitors and industry associations.Participate in an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance. Superior Plus Propane has a vision to be the Premier Propane distribution company within the United States.
