The Business Analyst will partner with business leaders to provide input and guidance in support of Superior Plus’s Strategic Initiative Projects. Directly supporting our Project Leads, the analyst will develop meaningful reporting and analyses to support organizational decision making on critical projects. Responsibilities: Liaise with functional leads and project managers to develop key performance indicators that will measure project success.Gather, review, and perform detailed analysis to identify trends and evaluate business objectives.Determine best practices to support standard reporting, monitoring, and management of key financial and non-financial performance indicators.Work proactively to Identify potential opportunities for improvement; develop and prioritize solutions to meet Strategic Initiative goals. Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders; provide recommendations based on analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the company.Take an active role in learning and understanding our business operations and challenges and develop deep relationships with both business stakeholders and project teams.Perform other job duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Management.Three to five years’ experience in business analyst, system analyst or equivalent role.Collaboration and Persuasion – Ability to work across the company with all levels to advocate change and influence outcomes in areas without any direct responsibility.Working experience with MS Office and MS Power BI.Work ethic - Detail oriented self-starter with ability to work independently.Flexibility and Problem Solver - The ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment at a growing company.Strong Communicator (written and verbal) - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.Superior Plus Propane has a vision to be the Premier Propane distribution company within the United States.
