**Overview:**

We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance and repair of our facilities to ensure smooth operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in supervising maintenance tasks and projects

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment

- Perform electrical repairs and installations

- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments

- Demonstrate leadership skills when required

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred

- Ability to read and interpret schematics

- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to communicate effectively

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
