Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the company
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profit
- Oversee business development activities and identify new opportunities for growth
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
