Job Summary:
Superior Ford is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Manager to join our team in Plymonth, Minnesota. As the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department, including ordering, inventory management, and customer service. This individual contributor role requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for the automotive industry. This is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of parts associates to ensure efficient and effective operation of the parts department.
- Order and maintain inventory levels of all parts and accessories, ensuring availability for customer needs.
- Oversee parts returns and exchanges, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
- Create and implement sales strategies to increase parts and accessory sales.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing.
- Analyze sales reports and track inventory to identify areas of improvement and increase profitability.
- Utilize computer systems and software to track and manage inventory, sales, and customer orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer service issues or concerns.
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge and excellent customer service practices.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in parts management in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems for parts inventory management.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
