Job Summary:
Superior Ford is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Repair Technician to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. This is a full-time, hourly technician role in the auto industry, offering a competitive salary of $65,000 to $110,000 per year. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles according to company standards and procedures. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a variety of vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot complex issues
• Communicate with service advisors and customers to provide accurate estimates and updates on repairs
• Keep detailed records of all work performed and parts used
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an automotive technology program or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
• ASE certifications are preferred
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and procedures
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
