Super Radiator Coils is Hiring a People Operations Specialist Near Phoenix, AZ
- Maintain full confidentiality of all information that may become visible.
- The discipline of maintaining confidentiality is vital and an absolute must.
- Represent both team members and the company in the event of an issue or complaint.
- Each case must be clear of pre-conceived bias until full information has been reviewed.
- Maintain accurate human resource record keeping and tracking, both physical and digital forms.
- Work with our internal team and external recruiters to build an industry leading level recruitment flow.
- Build new team member records and work with each new team member during their onboarding process.
- Examples: First day paperwork, benefit enrollment, 401K enrollment, etc.
- Elevated point of contact for team members to address potential concerns or complaints.
- Work with all leadership to ensure we remain proactive on any concerns or complaints raised.
- Assist in creating onboarding training classes for different aspects and focus points.
- This could include the history of our team and how SRC sets themselves apart.
- Always strive to represent our culture in a positive manner and avoid fueling any team member’s negativity by working as a team to find potential solutions to issues or concerns.
- Represent Super Radiator Coils’ core values and mission.
