Your role at Supacolor

We are seeking an inbound sales development representative to be the first contact with potential clients. You will be reviewing our incoming leads generated by marketing and providing the first filter. This will ensure that our e customers get directed into the right internal channel, so they get the proper onboarding experience they need to become Supacolor fanatics! THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL SDR ROLE. The leads we receive are warm, and very interested in our product. Your job is to qualify and further educate the customer on why Supacolor is better than the rest!

What You’ll Do

  • Qualify new leads that have signed up with Supacolor by completing performing our preliminary discovery process to learn as much about them as possible
  • Characterize the customer and assign the leads to an appropriate Supacolor channel segment based on implicit and explicit data found through initial discovery process
  • Activate customer accounts by sending their login credentials so they can start ordering in our system
  • Identify larger, key account opportunities with the incoming customers and assign them to the sales team
  • Being the first touch point of the customer journey with Supacolor. This is the first opportunity for the customer to experience our brand promises of Supafast & Supaeasy
  • Contact customers and organize appointments for the sales team
  • Work closely with the sales team, assisting them when necessary to ensure the customers are getting the very best Supacolor best experience

What You’ll Have:

  • An outgoing personality with well developed and effective interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, phone manner and business acumen
  • A team player with a winning attitude that enjoys a fun work environment
  • An ability to deal with a fast-paced job, keeping in front of the workload and ensuring everyone’s on track
  • Strong computer literate, familiar with databases, sales process, telephony software experience with CRM systems – an understanding of HubSpot would be ideal but if you have used other CRM systems HubSpot is easy to learn
  • Knowledge and appreciation of the role that digital plays in the customer buying journey. Knowing when a personal experience is required versus a digital one
  • An ability to read between the lines and characterize a customer based on the data they have provided us and a review of their website and/or social media
  • A passion and skillset for CRM software
  • Good time management and ability to cope with pressure and workload

Where you will spend your time.

  • 80% Calling out, qualifying, and researching leads using Hubspot Platform
  • 10% Distributing leads to the appropriate Account Executive
  • 10% Working within the CRM (hubspot) to assure proper CRM hygiene

Pay and Comp Plan & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range – 55-60k (Depending on experience)
