Job Title:  Accounts Receivable Associate/Clerk
Department:  Accounting
Role and Responsibilities:
- Posting and reconcile cash daily
-Email customers in regards to short paid invoices
-Process credit card payments
-Create and maintain updating customer accounts
-Send credit inquires to banks and business references
-Update and maintain customers sale tax exemptions
-Create and maintain customer's sales concessions, price group, and trade agreement pricing
-Process credit/bill for taxes
-Emailing invoices on customers portals
-Maintain miscellaneous non AR data sheet
-Update invoices for shipping in order
-Maintain scrap tickets, determine pricing, and create invoices
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
-Basic understanding of accounting principles
-Ability to calculate and manage accounting figures

Physical Demands:
-Must be able to sit for long periods of time
-Must be able to proficiently use a telephone and computer 
-Must be able to stand, walk reach with hands and arms, kneel or crouch and stoop occasionally
-Must be able to occasionally lift and/ or move up to 35 lbs
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
