The Department of Admissions at the State University of New York at Oneonta invites applications for the position of Associate Director of Admissions. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Associate Director will serve as a member of the Admissions leadership team and is involved in the planning and execution of related student recruitment and enrollment activities that support the enrollment goals. The associate director will provide leadership in the continued development of our communications plans; oversee programming related to on campus and off campus events; manage a specific recruitment territory of a prospect/applicant pool; develop and collaborate with campus community and outside constituents to promote admissions efforts and build relationships; provide leadership, support, and direct supervision to junior admissions staff; and provide leadership in the development of new initiatives and recruitment strategies.
