About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the department and its member, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that contribute to the overall organization, communication, and productivity of the department.

• Perform general administrative duties.
• Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, spreadsheets as required.
• Accurately enter data into databases or spreadsheets and generate basic reports of summaries.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
• Data entry for departmental relations
• Printing, copying, sending, and drafting materials.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 3 years of experience
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
• Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
