What About the Position?
Sunset Transportation is seeking a Risk and Compliance Coordinator to join our growing Corporate Support division! This is a critical role that will support carrier compliance and onboarding tasks, as well external agent and branch offices and handle administrative functions as assigned.
What Will You Do?
Assist with carrier registration onboarding questions and issues
Review all onboarded carriers and escalate potential concerns to risk and compliance manager for further review
Document any concerns in TMS (transportation management system)
Work in Corporate Support CRM daily to ensure task completed on time
Assist with all additional cargo coverage and insurance needs and questions
Work Carrier 411 and FMCSA reports daily
Respond to on-call after hours requests on rotating weekends
De-escalate situations relating to carriers
Creation of SOPs to support company education
Assist with training of employees on company policy and procedures
