Our busy Southern CA based Commercial Real Estate Management Company is looking for one full-time Property Management Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process rent payments
• Rent collections
• Answer Phones
• Data Entry
• Draft notices
• Issue work orders
• Email rent statements
• Assist in preparation of marketing materials such as floor plans
• Input data into AppFolio
• Code/submit invoices; follow-up with payment status
• Liaise with tenants, vendors, accounting and maintenance departments
• Other administrative duties as necessary

Job Qualifications:

Must have 2 years of property management and administrative experience
Must be able to Multi Task
Computer proficiency, knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written
Analytical & math skills
Good organizational skills; ability to set priorities & meet deadlines
History of working well in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree a plus
Real estate experience a plus
CA BRE license a plus
Must be proactive and self-motivated

FT-Hours M-F from 8:30 - 5:30 with an hour for lunch
Medical, Dental and Vision insurance after 90 days
