We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to join our team. Based out of our Atlanta, GA office, this individual will support the efforts of the POS and Self-Service ISV Business Development Team in the selection, onboarding, and support of leading POS and self-service software partners. Primary emphasis on North America with responsibility for global partners as strategically applicable.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical expert for Sunmi products and solutions for North America Sales and Technical teams, as well as for Sunmi prospects and customers in North America.

• Act as the technical reference for Sunmi software products (Key Injection, MDM, TMS, etc.) in North America.

• Design sample applications that interface with various Sunmi SDKs and demonstrate their usage to Sunmi prospects and customers.

• Develop solutions to validate product introductions.

• Create necessary tools to facilitate issue analysis and resolution.

• Coordinate with Sunmi's European coordination team to address software requirements from North American customers.

• Provide technical and architectural improvement suggestions to Sunmi R&D for the development, design, integration, testing, and maintenance of our platform and products.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Participate in technical presentations and trainings for internal teams and customers on Sunmi products and solutions.

• Assist the Sales team in customer meetings for projects requiring specific developments or integrations.

• Help formalize requirements and design technical solutions or proposals based on customer needs.

• Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.

• Perform other related technical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

· 5 years in technical leadership in Payment, Security, Retail and/or Banking industries

· 7 years in software development with experience in Android, Java, Kotlin and cloud-based applications

· Good technical knowledge in payment and security (EMV, cryptography, PKI).

· Technical knowledge of popular network protocol and hardware

· Technical with customer focus spirit, interested in training and teaching technical solutions.

· Good presentation skills and able to communicate with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, customers, and business partners.

· Experience interfacing remote teams and in an international environment.

· Open minded and proactive, you work very well cross-functionally, and are able to think critically and display good judgement.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high level of autonomy and responsibilities.

· Technical pre-sales experience, and experience in Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence) is a plus.

· Fluent in Chinese is a plus.

· Bonus points for start-up and scaling products and services experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
