Assistant Property Manager
Sundance Property Management is currently seeking a full time Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This position is a mulit-site position but will be based in Hyde Park!

Pay: Starting $45,000 year depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective and current residents
- Ensure appearance of the model apartment and target apartments are acceptable for showing
- Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
- Accept and complete required application information from prospective residents
- Create all lease documents
- Maintain and update Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book
- Assist Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect
- Help Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a leasing agent or assistant
- High school diploma or GED
