**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
**Duties:**
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Service Titan experiance is a PLUS!
- Dispatching experiance
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails
- Follow up with customers and vendors
- Schedule all new jobs
- Dispatch technicians to their assigned jobs
- Create customer profiles
- Follow up with customers
- Communication with all departments
- Provide updates to management about jobs
- Other duties
