Sun Valley Foods is Hiring a Remote Customer Services Representative (NOT REMOTE)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing
- Handles incoming phone calls with inquiries from customers
- Investigates and follows through with corrective actions
- Records and documents complaints and their resolutions
- Works closely with managers and staff
- Performs other duties as assigned
Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
Work Hours: Full Time, 8:00 AM tp 4:30 PM
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 2-5 years of office/clerical customer service experience
Skills:
- Ability to multi-task
- Organized and detailed
- Ability to anticipate and resolve problems
- Basic arithmetic
- Helpful to have MS Excel and/or MS Work experience
