SUMMARY
Provide full-service customer account support for insurance agency prospective and exiting clients. Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change. Ensure customer satisfaction by performing the following duties:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years customer service experience, Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
