POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of Summit Logistics Group that is primarily responsible for assisting with customer inquiries as well as key data entry with all Summit Logistics loads within our TMS (Turvo). They ensure the load and customer information that is being provided to the Operations Manager and Logistics Coordinator is accurate for all load bookings. They will respond and answer all customer questions along with setting all pickup and delivery appointments. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
