Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager at Summerset Marine Construction, you will be responsible for supporting our daily operations and ensuring the efficient management of our office. Your role will involve administrative support, record-keeping, and coordination of various tasks to keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Ensure a clean and organized office environment. Manage office supplies, and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
- Front Desk: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments for customers to be serviced.
- Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records, including sensitive information.
- Special Projects: Support other departments with tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
