OSMS, a physician-owned orthopedic and rheumatology clinic in Green Bay is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.

The Billing Specialist will monitor and work claims through the entire revenue cycle including, but not limited to, the following: claim submission, following up with insurance companies for payments, resolving claim issues and denials, notifying patients of delinquent accounts to solicit payment and receiving and posting payments to patient accounts.

Education:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

Post High School education in a medical or business-related field beneficial

Experience:

Customer Service and Medical Office experience preferred. Experience working with insurance companies is beneficial.
