Company background:
We are a husband and wife team purchasing an existing business that has been operating for almost thirty years. To maintain the confidence of existing patients, the current owners would like to keep the identity of the business confidential for now. The clinic is located on the east side of Green Bay with easy highway access, and should be a convenient commute from Appleton and other areas.
As new business owners, we need an employee who is ready to be heavily involved in making decisions about how the business should operate and grow. This will be a highly collaborative environment, where giving and receiving thorough, clear, and respectful communication is expected. In transitioning this business to new ownership, relationships with patients, billers, and suppliers will need to be reestablished and cultivated. Records are currently kept on paper, and building and transitioning to electronic records will be a large early focus. Some portion of one day a week will be dedicated for administrative responsibilities, with no patient appointments. PTO and a stipend for health insurance will be offered. After a year or so, as the business becomes more firmly established, we expect to shift some of your responsibilities to new hires and/or increase salary.
