Sudler Property Management is Hiring a Property Manager Near Minneapolis, MN
We seek a manager for a condominium association in Minneapolis. Competitive salary and benefits coupled with a supported team approach.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the property including budget control and oversight of capital projects. There is a need for the candidate to be very reliable, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Supervision and management of all property staff
- Creation and effective implementation of annual operating and capital budgets.
- Capital projects oversight.
- Association administration.
- Primary liaison to all outside vendors regarding property issues.
- Management of property inventory.
- Timely resolution of all service requests filed by property occupants.
Qualifications:
- Must have a strong customer service focus.
- 2 years of property management experience.
- 2 years in a supervisory or management role strongly preferred.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and MS suite software.
