Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our TEAM at City Limits Apartments in South Minneapolis.
Compensation is between $19 - $22/hour, depending on experience, PLUS new lease commissions up to $75/lease and renewal commissions at up to $100/renewed lease. What are you waiting for? Apply today!What You Will Do:
• Assists the Property Manager with all property operations
• Ensure tenant renewals are being captured (commissions paid)
• Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
• Assists Property Manager with all marketing efforts
What You Need:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years' experience in multifamily housing preferred but not required
• Must have a Sales and Administrative Office background
• Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry
software, YARDI preferred
• Demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution skills
