Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions using schematics and logic controllers.
- Fabricate and install parts as needed.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and maintain accurate records in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and logic controllers.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
