We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing exceptional guest services. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reservations
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Manage phone systems and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and payroll
Requirements:
- 2 Previous experience in a Front Desk Manager or Guest Services Manager role within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
