Description:
We are searching for high energy and responsible team players to add to our Stretch Zone team! The Front Desk Receptionist is the ambassador for the clients experience from initial contact throughout the length of our clients programs. The Front Desk Receptionist is the friendly face encountered by all guests and is responsible for making a positive first and lasting impression.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and be passionate about customer service in the health and wellness industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and establish relationships with clients in person and by telephone
- Greet guests in a friendly manner and assist with client check-in
- Assist clients with accounts and scheduling needs
- Manage store phone, voicemail, and email account
- Assist with maintaining store cleanliness and appearance, including managing and reporting inventory levels
- Responsible for reaching daily contact goal
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing our brand
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year experience in customer service, hospitality or retail preferred
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- One or more years of work experience in a related industry preferred
