JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing receptionist to manage the activities at our front desk. Candidates will perform a variety of administrative and clinical tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our clinic. Our receptionist duties include offering administrative and clinical support across the organization. You will welcome patients and coordinate front desk activities including collection of fees, scheduling patient visits, presentation of treatment plans and follow up of missed appointments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the front desk.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Review treatment plans with our patients.

Maintain appointment calendars.

Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Solid written and verbal skills.

Strong organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
