SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

This position serves as the primary management contact and liaison for all topics pertaining to assigned Corporate Accounts and has ownership of these National and Multi-National accounts. This position is also the main contact for internal and external customers and facilitates regulatory, quality assurance, operational, financial, legal, and business development activities for assigned accounts centric but not limited to the Streck Stabilization and BCT product line(s). The corporate account executive is responsible for performing other duties as assigned by the Senior Corporate Account Executive and VP Sales and Business Development and assuming a leadership role in their absence related to corporate account management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
  • Serves as the corporate account liaison, market development, and principal information resource to Streck by handling the following product ownership responsibilities:
  • Financial / Legal:
    • Coordinates with Marketing, Product Management, Finance to help formulate annual product forecasts and adheres to all company policy on forecasting requirements and frequency.
    • Collaborates with the Senior Corporate Account Executive, Business Development, and Legal for contract development, and contract renewal once approved by the VP of Sales and Business Development.
    • Evaluates current customer pricing annually or in accordance with contractual terms and discount pricing tiers, recommending applicable price adjustments to Senior Corporate Account Executive.
    • Manages, facilitates, and resolves invoicing, payment, and billing issues regarding corporate account relationships.
  • Customer / Technical Service:
    • Assists, facilitates, and manage new orders, errors, issues, changes and resolutions for global order placements and shipments for corporate account products with Commercial Services.
    • Handles requests for assistance and investigations pertaining to corporate account products.
  • Market Development:
    • Principally oversees all aspects of current corporate account management, supply agreements; ensures base business is protected while continuously prospecting and identifying new accounts for product adoption including, but not limited to, current end use applications for all Streck Stabilization products as well as identification for new or expanded markets.
    • Coordinates business reviews with corporate accounts ensuring stability and health of the account relationship and product performance satisfaction.
    • Identifies and develops Key Opinion Leader(s) (KOLs) within current and new corporate accounts,
    • Demonstrated track record of deliverables including meeting or exceeding sales goals, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals, and other personal, professional development goals.
    • Acts as or assists in training new Streck associates, in sales, marketing, commercial services or other commercial functions on department policies and procedures, quality system requirements, etc.
    • Manages and resolves all other corporate account needs, and requirements not listed.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by the Senior Corporate Account Executive.
  • POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in medical technology, biology or molecular biology, chemistry, marketing, and experience or familiarity with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and applicable end-use applications (NIPT, Liquid Biopsy) or related field.
    • Minimum of eight to ten years of related sales/marketing experience with knowledge of general clinical laboratory operations and procedures and eight to ten years of technical laboratory experience. An advanced degree may offset a portion, but not the entire experience requirement.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office365, Share Point, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Proficiency with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or comparable)
    • Analytical business acumen a must with a head for market development and proven track record of successful, technical product sales and large account management practices in complex and extended selling cycles.
