Stratus Building Solutions is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Horsham, PA

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As the number one franchise in the US for commercial cleaning services, Stratus Building Solutions is at the forefront of providing top-notch cleaning solutions to businesses nationwide. The Outside Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in furthering our success by selling cleaning contracts in Counties of Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks, Berks, and Montgomery.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize provided leads to conduct productive sales appointments and generate new leads through various methods such as cold calling, prospecting, door-to-door, CRM mining, and attending networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and all sales activity in CRM software.
  • Meet monthly sales goals and metrics by effectively utilizing the Stratus Sales Process.
  • Manage pipelines consistently and productively to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.
  • Communicate customer requirements to the Operational team to facilitate smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively and autonomously.
  • Professional demeanor with a polished appearance and presence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite platform, and CRM platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
