If you feel that the three characteristics listed above sound like you, then you will be a successful sales representative at **Venture Solar**. * Professionally prospect inside one of our trusted retail partners locations to pitch and sell the various Venture Solar product offerings
* Assist homes and families with saving money through our residence focused sales practice
* Gather the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar solution
* Set appointments for yourself to answer any outstanding customer questions inside the home.
* Work with sales experts to ensure customer accounts flow through the install process
* Strategically network and expand your customer base
* Confidently provide focused customer service
* Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics
* College Degree (Preferred)
* Prior sales or hospitality experience
* Outstanding customer service experience
* Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns
* Ability to work independently and determine personal work schedule to be productive
* Desire to help homes and families save money and live healthier, greener lives
