Stratum Consulting Partners is Hiring a Remote Project Manager (REMOTE)

EAM Project Manager

As a Project Manager specializing in EAM implementations, you will have the opportunity to leverage your exceptional leadership and management abilities within our dynamic software implementation and technology services team. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead crucial projects, orchestrating the seamless coordination and delivery of software applications, business processes, training, and documentation for our esteemed clients. Your role demands meticulous oversight, where you'll be tasked with managing scope, cost, and schedule to ensure the successful execution of contract deliverables, all while aligning with our overarching business and strategic goals.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Act as the primary liaison and consultant for multiple clients throughout the delivery phase of new EAM implementations and enhancement projects.
  • Oversee project scope, budgets, and go-live milestones, proactively anticipating challenges and devising solutions to ensure seamless implementations.
  • Identify and manage execution, client, and resource risks, developing and implementing mitigation and avoidance strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and project teams to manage expectations and provide updates on project progress.
  • Assume financial accountability, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting resource costs, ensuring project performance aligns with revenue recognition goals.
  • Collaborate with delivery leaders to optimize resource allocation, matching skill sets to client requirements and ensuring teams are equipped to operate autonomously.
  • Take ownership of resolving escalations, prioritizing positive client outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Client Success team to foster client growth and retention while effectively managing project scope.
  • Support the Sales and Client Success teams in crafting responses to Requests for Proposal and scoping new professional services engagements.
  • Facilitate the creation of HxGN support incidents on behalf of clients and manage software enhancement requests.
  • Participate in HxGN events, including webinars, user groups, technical education sessions, and onsite events.
  • Maintain open communication with HxGN EAM sales representatives and other relevant stakeholders regarding project progress and issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Team Participation:

  • Attend company retreats
  • Contribute to internal projects
  • Attend staff meetings via web meeting
  • Contribute to Stratum knowledge base
  • When not on active project assignment, participate in the customer service operation by completing service tickets.

Travel:

  • This position requires frequent travel, approximately 50%, but is variable.

Supervision and Team Interactions:

  • Reports to: VP of Customer Success and VP of Sales
  • Gets assistance from: EAM Architect on projects and team members via Slack Assist channel, email, etc.
  • Cooperates with: All departments and team members and HxGN sales representatives

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience in asset management, EAM technologies, or related professional services.
  • 5 years in EAM Implementations at varying size and scope
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Solid financial acumen
  • Solid understanding of Risk Management methodologies
  • Situational Leadership skills preferred
  • Superior ability to multi-task and meet changing deadlines.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client or internal company sites when appropriate and legally permitted.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary is based on experience. Benefits include 401k, long-term disability, parental leave, Unlimited PTO, and profit-sharing plans.

Opportunities for Advancement:

The EAM Project Manager may advance to the position of EAM Senior Project Manager.
