StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking multiple Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior to support a NAVAIR PMA in Patuxent River, MD. The position is contingent upon contract award. The Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements.
Essential Job Duties:

- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Required Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 5 of those years performing management, technical, or business case analyses and collecting, completing, organizing and interpreting data relating to NAVAIR aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Required Experience or Knowledge in at least one of the following functional areas:
- UAS Integration Coordination
- Knowledge and expertise in the PPBE process.
- knowledge and expertise in UAS ISR Systems.
- Knowledge and expertise in USMC Deputy Commandant, Combat Development and Integration (DC CD&I) and Deputy Commandant Program & Resources (DC P&R) policies and process.
- APX- UAV Liaison
- Knowledge and expertise in the PPBE process.
- knowledge and expertise in Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process.
- knowledge and expertise in USMC DC CD&I and DC P&R policies and processes.
- ISR Maritime Services Coordinator
- Knowledge and expertise in U/D-UNS.
- Request for Forces (RFF).
- Top Level Requirements (TLR) and JUONS processes and policies.
- knowledge and expertise in UAS ISR Systems.
- knowledge and expertise in the integration and installation of UAS aboard various USN vessels (or similar vessels).
Desired Experience:
- At least three (3) to five (5) years of UAS knowledge and experience, specifically small tactical (Groups 1 through 3).
- Knowledge and expertise in advanced sensors and Payloads.
Education Requirements:
- Master’s Degree .
- Allowable Substitution: BS degree and twelve (12) years related experience OR AS or AA degree and fourteen (14) years of related experience or High School Diploma and sixteen (16) years related experience.
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Minimum Top Secret clearance required OR must be eligible to apply and be granted interim DoD interim clearance prior to employment.
