As a Program Management Analyst (Associate) supporting our Digital Engineering Solutions Directorate, you will:

• Collect, complete, organize and interpret programmatic (financial, technical) information to support multiple DESD customer programs.

• Oversee the efforts of the administrative staff supporting American Systems office functions.

• Track program/project status and schedules.

• Perform Facility Security Officer (FSO) duties, holding the required certifications.

• Identify program needs based on information collected and analyzed.

• Participate in strategic planning meetings to highlight and document program status.

• Finalize and perform quality control checks on monthly CDRL requirements.

• Assist in providing quick response and resolution to inquiries brought to the attention of the DESD program management staff.

• Support the interview process for perspective employees and onboarding of new DESD personnel.

• Interface with customers, providing regular updates to program status and recruiting objectives.

• Work closely with American Systems program managers, assisting where needed across multiple programs.

• Work with administrative staff to develop and document office standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Bachelors of science degree required
• At least one (1) Year of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, Performing the functional duties to include experience supporting the software Engineering Department Support services (SEDSS) contract
• Minium of an interim Top Secret Clearance is required.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $65,000.00 – 75,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
