We are currently seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior to support our Patuxent River, MD customer in PMA-268.
Functional Description: The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Junior Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Specific tasks include but are not limited to:

• Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
• Serve as the on-site security coordinator and as the day-to-day security expert for the IPTs. Prepare and maintain security duty roster, courier requests and safe inventory master notebook. Verify personnel security clearances using Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS).
• Process classified and unclassified materials in accordance with DoD policy SECNAV M-5510.36A, Information Security Program. Maintain security containers and schedule burn bag runs. Check classified media in and out and maintain log.
• Provide support in reporting and investigating security violations from identification through completion to include electronic spillages, information security compromises, and contractor incidents.
• Process visit requests for IPT personnel and visitors using the Base Access Security Information Control System (BASICS II). Provide visitor control for IPT spaces and maintain building personnel access list.
• Process travel request utilizing DTS, booking and vouchers, audit vouchers and trips prior to AO approval, and ideally a little
• Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint to assist with travel tool improvements and process development.
• Prepare, develop, update, and maintain Security Classification Guidelines (SCG) and DD-254s.
• Monitor distribution statements on documentation.
• Maintain access to SIPRNet rooms for IPT personnel.
• Provide support in the coordination of Foreign Travel Briefs and maintaining Foreign Travel Brief logs.
• Provide support with Security Education and Training Awareness

Required Education and Experience: JUNIOR: A Junior level person has at least a High School Diploma and less than 3 years' experience. A Junior level person is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
