Description:NSI requires a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to support PMA 299 Program Office. NSI anticipates the need to staff an upcoming 5-year H-60 Program and Financial Support Services contract in support of the H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopter Program (PMA-299), including the following key position. All inquiries will remain strictly confidential.The Senior Program/Project Management Analyst will perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collecting, completing, organizing, and interpreting data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracking program/project status and schedules. Applying Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.Desired Skills: Working knowledge of DoD / NAVAIR program management processes and procedures. Working knowledge of AMS Tool Suite and Defense Travel System (DTS).Location: Lexington Park, MDEducation:MA/MS DegreeAllowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. A Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.Experience: Over 8 years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzing requirements, status, budget, and schedules.Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is Required.
