Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Manager who is responsible for optimizing their B2B service processes, cultivating dealer relationships, and managing Inside Sales team creating a best in class buying experience for our dealers and commercial agencies. The team is responsible to introduce the quality and freedom our product provides while actively providing 1:1 assistance to our dealer sales personnel and field team navigating the purchase of their vehicle. Actively build their sales by developing long term relationships with our dealers and commercial opportunities by establishing and maintaining business relationships.
Essential Responsibilities:
Inside Commercial Sale Coordinator

• Prospect commercial opportunities
• Coordinate bid specs and documentation
• Commercial sales compliance maintenance

Manage dealer experience as a go to internal resource from initial contact through final delivery of vehicle to follow-up after the delivery.

• Direct interaction with dealers by telephone, electronically, or face to face
• B2B account management and business development
• Promote and sell full product line
• Identify opportunity for market growth and creation of a business plan to achieve plan utilizing consultative business development, corrective action planning, and training
• Coordinate incoming Dealer correspondence including sales orders, quotes, contracts, confirmations, and vehicle selection
• Facilitate Dealer Relationships including resolution of complaints acting as an advocate for the dealer throughout the buying process
• Execute sales and their related programs and initiatives, along with their policies and procedures, at the dealer level to ensure maximum efficacy and participation by all partner dealers.

Manage Inside Dealer Sales Representatives

• Hire, train, and facilitate employee development
• Performance management and goal setting
• On-going process improvement project management
• Process Documentation, SOP, and training manuals
• System Management
• Data analysis and reporting
• Communicate and coordinate projects and activities across internal departments
• Provide sales support to Dealers and Field Sales Team
• Data analysis

Overall Characteristics:

• Product and selling skills expert in local markets
• Automotive retail or wholesale experience desired; Mobility Retail Industry strongly desired
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience, with strong consultative selling and training skills required
• Leader with a professional demeanor and “presence” with customers and key industry influencers
• Ability to work and manage in a team environment with multiple personality styles
• Ability to motivate individuals in a highly competitive and fast paced environment
• Strong leadership, collaboration and influencing skills
• Strong written, phone, and communication skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
