Compensation: Base salary $45K, First Year OTE: $60-$75K
An Account Manager at DollarDays is responsible for generating sales through proactive outreach programs. Account Managers make outbound calls based on targeted sales campaigns, assist customers with inbound orders, close new business opportunities through a consultative sales process, achieve sales quotas, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Account Managers are accountable for planning and organizing their daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers, developing an expansive customer base, and servicing existing accounts. The Account Manager will coordinate with other departments to ensure that goals are being met and company standards are being upheld.
All new Account Managers will participate in an in-depth training program to allow them to learn the Company’s products, IT systems and processes. This program will vary in length depending upon the new Account Manager’s understanding of the above, but the typical training program is expected to last three weeks.
