Field Service Manager
Stille Surgical, Inc., an innovative leader in the surgical table and instrumentation segments of the healthcare industry, is looking for a full-time Field Service Manager to join our growing team. This will be a customer-facing role, requiring strong interpersonal skills coupled with technical problem resolution capabilities and hands on repair skills, with a focus on Stille’s electromechanical and hydraulic surgical tables. This position will require the Service Manager to perform on- site services at Stille’s customer locations in hospitals and outpatient surgery centers. Travel is estimated at 40% in the
US and Canada, including overnight stays. When not traveling to customer sites, this will be an office-based position in
Stille’s Lombard, Illinois facility. As Stille continues to grow and launch new products in 2024-2025, this position has strong upside career growth opportunities. The Field Service Manager will report to the U.S. Stille Surgical Director of
Service and Operations.
