We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Hartford, CT. Our company specializes in Court Reporting, Transcription, Trial Services, and Remote Depositions.
Main Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing sales activities in assigned accounts or regions, including net-new business and client service.
- Ensure quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activity and lead sources.
- Identify opportunities for net-new business and acquisition.
- Manage account services through quality checks and follow-up.
- Stay updated with professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networks, and professional groups.
Main Requirements :
- Local travel to current and potential clients. Possession of a valid state driver's license within 60 days of employment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
- Experience selling to the legal market (law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance companies). Court reporting and deposition experience is a plus.
- Proficient with CRM, Reporter Base 8, or other legal database software.
- College degree preferred.
